Stinzenplanten is a collective name for a special group of naturalising spring flowers. They are mainly bulbous, tuberous and root crops that were (and still are!) planted from around the 16th century on country estates, around castles and country houses. And so these plants can be found in Lelystad in the Stiltebos. Stinzen plants include Snowdrops, Springdrops, Wild Daffodil, Winter Acorn etc.
Due to the many muddy paths, this route is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, rollators or wheelchairs.
