Money for a good idea
Do you have an idea to green Lelystad? For instance by planting flowers in your own street. Or hanging up birdhouses in your neighbourhood. If so, you may be able to get money for it. Centrada, Lelystad municipality, Flevoland province, recycling shop de Groene Sluis and other parties have money available for green ideas. This will make your idea even more fun!
Better Neighbourhood Contribution
Centrada tenants can also get help. Centrada supports good ideas with a financial contribution, the Beter Buurt Bijdrage. So do you rent a house from Centrada and do you have an idea to make the neighbourhood more fun or cosy? For example, flower boxes in the street or a bench for the courtyard garden.

Money for green
Via Mensen Maken De Buurt you can receive money for more atmosphere in your neighbourhood. All ideas for a nice neighbourhood, in which you participate, are eligible. The money is meant for plants, a bench, flower boxes or other ideas. The conditions for submitting an idea are simple: from the neighbourhood, for the neighbourhood, by the neighbourhood!

Fund for Culture & Nature projects
You can apply to the Culture Fund for funding for your cultural or nature project. You can apply as a foundation, association, collective or individual creator. The maximum contribution for a project is €5,000 for an individual application and €15,000 for a foundation or association. You can apply for various projects. For example, restoring pools, mapping a habitat or purchasing wildlife cameras for research.

Green Lock Fund
The profits of recycling shop De Groene Sluis go to good causes in and around Lelystad. So you can get money for your good idea too! However, it is important that you are an organisation, because De Groene Sluis does not give money to private initiatives. The more concrete the project, the better.

Motion market Lelystad
At the Motiemarkt, residents and initiatives can promote their ideas for the city. If there is enough interest, the idea will be turned into a motion by councillors. A motion is a proposal to the council to implement a project or plan. Together with the councillors, you get to work on your idea.
