Knarbos
Knarbos
The centre has an open character with a large pond. A herd of Icelandic ponies graze in the woods. A specially dug pond is home to toads, frogs and salamanders.
Here and there, there are large woody heaps in the forest. These are deliberately made and serve as hiding places for foxes, polecats, ermines and various bird species, among others. The area can be reached by bicycle on well-maintained shell paths. Of course, this is also great for walking, the yellow marked walking route gives a good view of the forest.
