Discover the swamps of Oostvaardersplassen with a guide from Staatsbosbeheer: marshy ground, wide views and various wild animals around you. Along the way, the guide will tell you which plants and animals depend on this wetland, including otters, ring snakes and birds.
Practical information:
- Distance: 7 km.
- Put on sturdy shoes, non-obtrusive wind- and waterproof clothing and please do not use perfume.
- Tip: bring your binoculars.
- The route goes partly over unpaved paths and is therefore not accessible for people with physical disabilities.
- Dogs are not allowed.
